Özet

In this study, fifty two F1 genotypes and their parents were used as a result of the breeding study in which Osmanli strawberries were used as pollinators of the parent, local (Deli, Karacilek, Tuylu) and standard (Kabarla, Sweet Ann, Sweet Charlie) strawberries. Fruit quality analysis pH, titratable acidity (TA) (%), ash content, total soluble solids (TSS) content (%), ascorbic acid content (mg/100g), total phenolic content (μg GAE) / g ta), determination of total dry matter were studied. When the results of the study were examined, the TSS values were 5,80% and 14,60%; pH 2,69-3,90; titratable acid ranged between 0,58-1,79%. Ascorbic acid was found to be 55,61 mg /100g in the highest DB-119 genotype and the highest total phenolic content was 3887,07 μg GAE / g ta in the DC-42 genotype. It is known that fruit structure is affected by genetic factors but there is a change in fruit structure with interaction of environmental conditions. When the criteria determinedat the end of the study were examined, it was found that the hybrid individuals were close to their parents.
