Abstract

The use of metal products is known to initially start in Anatolia as a result of early setdements and richness of ore deposits. Researches show that there may be thousands of copper deposits mined in Anatolia, from early times. Number of the mining areas belonging to the pre-literate era of Anatolia, the time before the 2nd millennium B.C. is the main question here. This study examines prehistorical cooper deposits which may have been used in Anatolia.
