One-third of patients diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) are metastatic at the time of diagnosis. RCC, the most common kidney cancer in adulthood, has a very high mortality rate. Bone metastases of the RCC usually present in the late period. Metastasis of RCC is osteolytic and aggressive. In this study, a 73-year-old RCC case diagnosed with humerus metastasis; clinic, imaging techniques and treatment methods are discussed in the light of literature.
