Özet
With the introduction of the term graphene in 1986, the material has attracted considerable attention, and research on it has intensified. One of the main reasons for this is the physical, chemical, and electrical properties of graphene. Due to these superior properties, it is widely used in many areas, such as electronics, energy, defense, electrochemistry, energy storage, sensor systems, coatings, transportation, construction, and so on. For this reason, graphene is especially important in terms of materials science. Graphene is a form of carbon. Graphene has three major derivatives: graphene, fluorographene, and graphene oxide. In this chapter, the general properties of graphene as well as its electrical properties, are presented to be given in detail.
