Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is the most serious complication of oral anticoagulant therapy (OAT). In approximately half of anticoagulated patients with intracerebral hematoma, the bleeding evolves slowly over 12 to 24 hours, and emergency reversal of anticoagulation is necessary. In this article we represent a case of intracerebral hemorrhage while having anticoagulant medication as a treatment of mitral valve replacement and atrial fibrillation whose explationary radiological findings exploited in latter controls despite having initially normal radiological screens.
