© 2017 IEEE.In the scope of this study, it is aimed to develop a software and hardware product that will help the patients and physiotherapists in the physiotherapeutic process of the patients who will have surgery or not in the knee anterior cruciate ligament injuries. Tele-rehabilitation makes it possible to provide quality services to patients with disabilities and geographically distant living from physical therapy centers. This study will provide convenience for patients who cannot go to physical therapy centers. In this study, the Kinect for Windows sensor (MS Kinect) is used to measure the accuracy of the exercises to be performed with respect to the ACL injuring (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) during physical therapy. Patients whose images are taken by MS Kinect will be able to perform the prescribed physical therapy exercises correctly.
